CREDIT CHECK DONE ON MY NAME

A credit check was done on my name and no absa agent could tell who did the check and whoever did the check didn't leave the contact details only the reference number.

so please advise who is ABSA CPU link and what do they deal with.

This doesn't look good on my credit profile.
