Credit cards removed on the app

I really had a bad experience with ABSA in Southgate when I closed or paid off two of my credit cards. the consultant by the name of Hlobisile Blessing, turned me back and said she can not help me when I asked to remove the two of my credit cards on the app. and she said I should go to the teller its not her job to remove paid off credit card on the app. when I went to tell, the teller also could not help me. as m talking I am still sitting with credits cards that are paid off on my app, which I cant remove them. I was very disappointed when i left the bank without getting any help.
