Credit Card with funds approved never cleared

I app**** for Credit Card 29 Dec 2015. Was contacted sucessfull 5 Jan 2015. But funds never cleared and card never delivered. So after 2 weeks after cc division passed the buck back to branch although all docs I called complaints. Promised 24 hr return call. Nothing. Super bad service from Cc duvusion and complaints line.
