Credit Card tracker

I app**** for an Absa credit card on the 26th March 2022. After struggling with documents that could not be received by the bank, the card was printed on the 01st April 2022. I have been doing follow ups with both the bank and the courier company since Monday 04th April 2022, bit the card is nowhere to be found. The couriers do not have it on their system and the bank don't where it is.

This morning 06th April, I called the absa cars division and held for over 26:00:00 with Salphy who told me that there is nothing nothing they can do but wait for for couriers to contact me otherwise wait for them. I refused her advice and asked to speak to a team leader, Kgabo. I didn't get to speak to him, but Salphy told me that someone should get back to me before 14:00 today. Guess what, it's 14:54 and I haven't heard anything from anyone and Salphy is not responding to my email.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE CARD IS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE IT
