CREDIT CARD TEMPORARILY BLOCKED- NO SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

My credit card is temporarily blocked, the banking app is not helping me to unblock the card. It's extremely urgent, trying to get hold of an agent but no response via the toll free number.
