Credit card switching

I have a homeloan with absa and I want move a credit card from another bank to absa so I keep all my accounts in one bank. I initially sent email address was told a consultant will contact me to perform the switch. After a week of no feedback I called the credit card department and they sent me between credit card support and sales until I ran out of patience. Following day I dialled in asked if it's possible to switch and consultant said it's possible they will get someone to call me. It's been couple of days now and no one called. I am very annoyed by the service. If they can't help they need to say so that I can take home loan next door
