Credit Card Statement on closed account

I was under debt review for about 5 or 6 years. I eventually settled all my accounts. I now keep on receiving statements on my credit card account, and I have not used the account as I do not even have a card. I wanted this account closed the day I settled and this has still not been done!!! I am being charged monthly fees on an account I DO NOT WANT!! Inhave mailed and contacted and have had no response. I want the charges reversed and the account closed.
