Credit Card Process

Hi,<br> <br> About almost a month ago I app**** for a credit card from ABSA.<br> <br> I got approved for a certain amount and had to email them supporting documents.<br> <br> I waited for feedback from them and I received nothing.<br> <br> about a week after the application I went in to the branch and they advised that I phone the credit card division.<br> <br> I call them and they acknowledge that they received my application and that they are still busy with processing it.<br> <br> Last week I emailed them again for feedback and still no reply.<br> <br> Before this whole process I still contemplated whether or not I must change banks from banking at FNB to ABSA but this whole incedent proved to me that ABSA's processes are not on par and that i will be wasting my time changing banks.<br> <br>
