Credit card & portfolio stuff up!

Was offered a credit card from Absa online branch, the agent kept on referring to my ****en surname and after I corrected him in saying that my surnames changed I get a call from the courier only to find out my credit card details is wrong (still in my ****en surname)...I was them asked to go Into a branch and have them change it...At the branch I was informed that my portfolio still shows on my ****en surname the agent tells me that my statements are also sent with my ****en surname after I showed her my statements I receive that Is on my new surname. My banking app, the absa products I have also on my new surname. I was then told to produce my marriage certificate and that the certified copy is not good enough... I don't know where my original one is so I was told to go to home affairs. The agent mentioned that Absa bank won't help me with my new ID until my surnames changed on my portfolio but I've been using my new ID for years now without any hassles, so that tells me the level of security my account is at. She also said they can block my account and at the way I'm feeling they can block and close my accounts I've been with absa for many years and I'm so very dissappointed. So absa offers me a credit card, tells me my details are wrong on my portfolio after I've been transacting, coming into branches with the "wrong details" always been helped an , now I must go stand in a long queue at home affairs just to get my original marriage certificate (so my new ID is also not good enough). I'm so close to taking woolworths's offer and cancel this credit card... Beyond upset!
