Credit card payment is made but absa threatens me to pay an additional amount as they do not recognize my paymeny

Absolutely pathetic I made a 300 rand payment into my absa credit card which is a full payment and yet absa fails to recognize the payment and keep demanding a 29 rand payment to be made as a shortfall payment and they are busy threatening me I don't know what your book holders are doing or what anyone is doing but wake up absolutely pathetic and the only reason I'm writing this review is because I have been trying numerous times to get ahold of you but you either have poor customer service with consultants not even greeting a person or killing the call in your ears.
