Credit Card of another person linked to my number!

I have a pending issue from Dec 2023 which I have been advised was resolved yet I am still receiving someone else's credit card messages and acceptance sms on my number. This is so unprofessional of absa and could result in *****! Does a bank not care about it customers. This is horrific!
