Credit Card not being released

Worst experience ever with Absa. I opened a credit card on the 20th of September, till today nothing is happening. Credit card is provisionally approved but they're failing to release it even though all necessary documents has been sent and submitted to their branch. I've been to their branch in Midrand Boulders mall halfway house three times and on calls for more than 15 times since opening this credit card. To be honest, the experience is super worse as I wasn't expecting this from a major bank like Agreement has been signed but still.
