CREDIT CARD MISSING IN TRANSITION
Apparently my Absa-Credit card was issued, November 2020. No Courier company contacted me. So my transition from Virgin-Money to Absa was successfull. Absa wants monthly payments towards a Credit card NOT DELIVERED. Absa suggested I travel to my nearest Absa branch, in Oudtshoorn ( 1 Hours drive from my farm). Not a good idea for an elderly man. I explained the situation to Desmond and Charlotte from Absa , Cassiem from VirginMoney/Absa emailed me (...will get back to me..) PLEASE DELIVER MY CREDIT CARD ABSA!

" ...Sorry sir, your credit card application has been cancelled....,we could not get hold of you,..you'll have to re-apply.....". YOU HAVE MY CELLPHONE NUMBER,LANDLINE NUMBER, SMS, E-MAIL. How difficult is it to leave a message and number for me me to CALL YOU BACK?
