Credit card limit increase declined with misleading reason

I wanted to increase my credit card limit but absa tells me that my credit score is low. Compuscan and clearscore shows that my score is not only good but very good. I am a foreigner on a work permit so it will be better to tell me that you don't increase for foreigners not to say my credit score is low
