Credit Card - Issues use in Bali

My wife is currently in Bali & is unable to use her ABSA credit card. A few days before departing she ensured that she updated her travelling detail on the system so she could use the card broad. Unfortnately, her first attempt at using that card failed, luckily she could fall back on her global card from another banking provider to pay for services. All attempts to assist in her absence is proving useless.
