Credit card increas

<p>2 weeks ago i called Absa call centre to increase my credit limit Card no. ********** ********** 16 i was told to email my 3 payslips and 3 months statements which i did, received an email notifying me that i am 1 step closer to my limit to be increase, i called on the 2nd of July 2016 to follow up i was told i will have an answer by Monday and that did not happen, i called Absa call centre again on the 6th of July 2016 where i was told the limit will be increased the next day and that did not happen when i call on the 7th i was told to re-send the documents again, i sent the Documents and i was declined imediately, i need some one at Absa to listen to these calls and advise what kind of a service is Absa providing please</p> <p> </p>
