Credit Card *****, Your not protected by ABSA!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have a credit card with ABSA, about two months ago I bought stuff over the internet as one would do with a credit card. about two weeks later I received an sms (actually more than one) of stuff being bought with my credit card, such as XBOX software or something. As Im the only user, and dont even own an XBOX, I imediatly phoned ABSA, stopped my card, reported the *****, filled in the forms and so on. </p> <p> </p> <p>First I received feedback that they went throught everything and have reversed the claim.</p> <p>a few weeks later I received an sms with a pin for an internet purchase of R 68 000.00 for some aqautic thing. Scared out of my mind that they have once again obtained my info, I called ABSA, luckely I told the lady what previously happened and she informed me that that was on my old account. Once again someone is trying to buy **** on my accounct, needless to say I dont even have R 68 000.00 to begin with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today after I received an sms after I swiped my new card, I saw my total is incorrect, so first I cheked my sms's, but nothing. Went online and there was an XBOX charge again! So once again phoned ABSA, reported it, they stoped my card and so on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now going to my e-mail to get the forms I must fill in theres another mail from a Chantel of ABSA telling me that they have obtained the purchase information of the XBOX stuf and after reviewing it my details match that and that they have placed the purchase on me again!</p> <p> </p> <p>So I download the purchase information and what do you know, my name and credit card details are there but the e-mail and physcal adress do not match???? is it me or are they incompotent! Anyone can see that my details of my credit card was ******, thats why none of the rest match only my card detail!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want to charge me for that product please have it delivered to me, then I will gladly pay, but if I didnt make the purchase please donot charge me for it!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service of my life and Ive been an account holder for about 20years now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
