Credit card *****,no help from ABSA

So last night 19/07/2015,i get a notification saying R115 has been debited off my account by a company called Global personals LTD (Whom i have NEVER heard of mind you,i get the shock of my life as i google them and find over 700 complaints of this ********** activity reported online,i was livid,i wait till i get to work and called the ABSA line on ***,then i was told to call the credit card division on ***which i did,only to be told there is nothing they can do to help me i MUST call the people who debited,i keep telling this woman listen here i don't know the people who debited this money and my issue is that this will happen again,i get told they cant help me,halloo u authorized money out of my account yet you cant help me,im gonna take legal action!!!<br>
