Credit Card DRAMA

<p>After being PROMISED my new Credit Card on various occations, I still do not have it. All the calls have to be from me following up. After Tweeting they ask me to DM them so they can escalate, clearly their form of escalation is going from one floor to another and not know what they are doing because they do not ge back to me. Calling the Complaints Procedure department is a bigger joke, now who do I complain to about the Complaints department!</p> <p>I have had to readjust my entire life this last week becasue they cannot supply a simple service of delivering my credit card to me. I'm so frustrated, emotional and tiered of asking for something so simple to happen. Basic customer servicing is all I want to put my mind at rest. It's like my pleading for help is stuck in some abyss.....HELP PLEASE SOMEONE</p>
