Credit card division incorrectly listing me as having skipped a payment.

This year I have had the worst experience with ABsa credit card department. They dont debit the account on the due date, then they list you as not having paid yet the money is available. Then they debit on the due date BUT still LIST you as not having paid on that month. The call centre is the worst because you get thrown from pillar to post with nbo assistance at all. Sd to see what the credit card division has become as I have been banking with Absa for over 20 years but have never had such terrible service resulting dropping my credit score more than twice in a s[pace of 4 months.
