CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT PATHETIC!!!!!!

I have, in my life NEVER EVER battled with a bank as much as I battle with ABSA!!!!!!!!!!! I app**** for my credit card a month ago........now what NOW? When you contact the call centre you never get the same answer. WHAAAAAAT??????????? Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please provide me with your ID number or account number to enable me to log a formal complaint for you, this will be escalated to the Directors Office at card division to investigate and resolve.
