Credit card closure not happening

Been battling to close my credit card with ABSA card division since the beginning of the month. Every time i call them, the operator says, after the usual 20 questions that a supervisor will call me back. No call back. Last week the operator promised to send me an email to confirm the supervisor would call back. No email or call back.
