Credit Card Charge Back - STA Liquidation

It has been more than a year and still struggling with to get proper feedback from the disputes team. Numerous emails has been sent with my query on STA Travel liquidation and getting my monies charged back onto my credit card. I have provided all the information needed as well as the article link saying we should make contact with our bank and still nothinh.

This is the worst service every, you do constant follow ups and no feedback and when you call ..all they say someone will get back to you and new case reference number is given. I will take this further legally and move all my accounts from Absa Bank.
