credit card bill
There was a deduction from my cheque account of R25 each month.When i enquire it at the branch they said i am outstanding on a my credit card.A CREDIT CARD THAT I NEVER USED SAW OR SIGNED FOR AND NEVER collected. For two weeks im awaiting a solution and no one offers me any sign of feedback or proper service.Not even the branch manager. Meanwhile it reflects as a bad credit record.
