Credit Card Arrangement Abuse

I have a credit card with Absa and early last year I lost my job and struggled to settle my debts. I informed Absa of my job loss. I then secured a job in December last year and made an arrangement to pay R1500 per month. They agreed. I have a brother who lives in Germany and he sends money for his children's school fees here via me. yesterday he sent money via Western Union and the money can be accessed via an Absa savings account. I opened an Absa savings account in Pretoria in order to access the money. Upon withdrawal I realized that Absa simply went into the savings account and took all the R14 000 to settle my credit card. I now don't have the money to pay the fees and I don't even know where to begin explaining this to my brother. On Wednesday schools open and the children now cannot go to school. Why would Absa do such a thing? Can someone at Absa please rectify this problem before schools open.
