Credit card Approved but still not able to activate

<p>I app**** for a credit card on 24/04/2017. It was approved on 4 May 2017. All documents sent through and accepted no problems. Got the card delivered a week ago on 11 May 2017 by a very nosy courier scrutinizing my bank satements, totalling what I earn every month etc. Since Tuesday 16 May I have been on the phone with 3 very helpful call centre agents who tell me my docs are unacceptable, but they have found the correct docs and will be sorted out before close of buiness. As of yet, the documents are still not review, hold still not lifted, card still not active... I really feel this is ridiculous... I have jumped through every hoop and done everything they asked of me. Documents handed in, approved, card delivered everything... But unable to use it because... I dont know why </p>
