Credit card application pending for 2 months and counting

I app**** for a credit card 2 months ago and I am still waiting on feedback on the status of this application. I have to phone every few weeks only to be told then that some document is required. I have sent all required documents as per last communication with them telephonically on 1 March 2021 and to date I have not received any feedback or response from ABSA regarding my application. Very disappointed in the service or rather lack of service from ABSA.
