Credit card application not worth the time or effort

App**** for a credit card on the 1st of March 2018. Was approved, then told the courier company will deliver in 5 days. After numerous calls and document submissions, was told again that everything is in order and they will call me as soon as card is printed. Now when I phoned again the card was declined and account will be closed. So dissapointed in the lack of service and total confusion caused. Will take my business elsewhere as ABSA clearly doesnt have the capability to deal with clients in a professional and efficient manner. Ref ********** ********** 9539
