Credit Card Application Nightmare
The worst experience ever with Absa bank, app**** for credit card on 29 October till to date no response all I get is provisionally approved verifying documents. I have sent required documents 3 times but no response on the status even when I call the customer care line. It is better to be told not approved than to keep a person in suspense. Worst experience ever, worse they expect my home loan to move it to absa, with such an experience on simple credit card reply, disaster.
