Credit card application at a standstil

I'm very dissapointed in the service received from Absa. I app**** for a Credit card and was sent an sms that it had been approved and that's it. No one called to follow through and to inform me on the next step. I'm still waiting after numerous times of emailing the credit card division. Did not expect such service ever!!!
