Credit Card Activation

<p>I app**** for a credit card online. It was conveniently delivered by courier. I was told on the phone the card will be activated upon courier document verification.</p> <p>When I asked him. He said as soon as he had closed the logged call and confirmed.</p> <p>I followed instruction on how to obtain pin. Called the number to be told I must go to branch for pin number. </p> <p>And must wait for SMS..</p> <p> </p> <p>I could have easily went into branch and finished off this whole thing I needed to</p> <p> </p>
