Credit Card Account paid - Absa will not close it

<p>On 10/11/2016 I went to ABSA Somerset Mall to close my ABSA Credit Card. For some reason they could not do it in te branch (after I had to pay another R5.37 in).</p> <p>They gave me a reference number that ABSA would close it in 5 business days - Ref nr: ABTMA2D / 10/11/16</p> <p> </p> <p>This did not happened, and today I received anothe Statement with a monthly fee of R40. I will not pay this, the account should have been closed on 10/11/2016.</p>
