Credit Card Account Not Closed

I requested that my credit card account (along with all my other Absa accounts) be closed on 8 April 2015. I just received an account statement that I owe R1.08 on my credit card even though it's supposed to be closed. I worked for absa for 4 years - worst time of my life by any metric. During that time they kept freezing my accounts because of \FICA"- despite the fact that I kept providing them with the relevant FICA docs and had a home loan with them! (I have since moved the home loan to Standard Bank). I experienced a slew of unprofessional and *********** service from Absa over the years and this is literally the R1.08 straw that broke my back.
