Credit card *** and personal loan *** not closed and updated on credit bureaus
Account *** has not been updated or removed from credit bureaus. This is not the 1st time I’m complaining. The account shows open until now. Please fix it with immediate effect. My ID number is ***. My personal loan account *** has been paid off too. Still not updated on credit bureaus and it’s affecting my credit score. Please fix it immediately.
