Credit card 6 months late

I was called and told to come fetch my credit card in December 2014, I went and signed for it without checking the names on the card. After making a transcation on the card I realised that the card belonged to my father and not me. I returned the card and paid for the transaction. I was told they would call me when they have my card. I went back a month later (February 2015). I was then told they had returned the card as there was something else that was not right about it. I was told to wait for them to call me before I return. 6 months later I am still waiting. I do not know why I even bother with this bank, I had to wait long ques every time I went. The stuff at tsakane mall branch had no sence of urgency. Nobody seemed apologetic for my inconvenience! I will make sure that i tell all my friends and colleagues know about this and leave this bank, their service is appaling.
