Credit Card

Morning,Please i need your help, I paid my Absa Credit card all the amount after using the card on a holiday. Apparently i have eft into the wrong account number as the bank later told me after getting messages that i owe my credit card. The bank told me to contact missingpayments, i did so 3times with no respond, until the last attempt when i called, instead of talking to me about the matter, they sent me a statement showing that they allocated the money, only after a month i get another statement showing the same amount again that im owing, I have never again used the card since paid up,they keep on sending me messages when i called, i am ask to do the same again to email missingpayments, i always talk to someone new on the fone, then they will ask me to email them on their personal mails they will resolve the matter still in vain. Im so dissapointed and actually angry as im getting a bad name on my credit because of their unprofessional being. I have sent them all the proofs as asked, all they do is to threaten me with messages of credit card, now they are deducting an amount every month from my personal account, but the matter is not resolved.CAN YOU PLEASE HELP, I have all the names of people claiming to resolve the matter for proof
