Credit Card
I want to close my credit card, I paid the settlement and when I call your credit card division I'm told that the cancelations department is closed, they can only call me back within 3-5 working days. I believe that's absolute nonsense. Please close my credit card and don't try to retain me. I no longer need the credit card.
