Credit bureau update

I had a house with Absa homeloans and I have sold the house in 2013 and there was a shortfall of R20 000. On my credit bureau report it shows as I have an opening balance of R962 000 and my monthly installment is R10 591 and current balance is R96 463.<br> Secondly the Absa cerdit card shows that my monthly installment is R 67 851. This information has bad credit reputation on my name. I called the call centre many time and written emails and still I have not bee helped.<br> Can my record show true reflection of my credit status.
