Credit Bureau Removal

I had a credit card with ABSA, the account was handed over to Brookes & Luytt attorneys. I paid and settled the account in September 2017 and received a paid up letter. When i noticed that the account is still with the credit bureau and it's still showing a balance, I contacted the ABSA credit department and they told me to send the paid up letter to ********** and I did that, till today nothing has been done about this.
