Credit Application taking 3 weeks!!
I app**** for a Virgin Money Credit Card on the 28th of November. I submitted all the supporting documentation they asked for on this date. I received a response to my mail saying my proof of residence needed to be certified. So I printed out the ORIGINAL document (electronic statement) which I had initially sent to them, thus making a copy of it, got the copy certified and sent that back. They respond saying this proof of residence is unacceptable even though it was FICA registered account in my name. This application then expired so I made a new application and submitted all the required documentation again, three times, and received no feedback on this application. On the 14th of December I get a call from the call centre telling me my proof of residence was only unacceptable because there was no date on the certification stamp on my original application more than 2 weeks ago.

To Summarise, it took more than two weeks to get a reason why my valid proof of residence was not valid on an application that had allegedly expired two weeks before. Not impressive service
