credit account

i did phone ABSA the whole day today tray to Get settlement on my credit card since it was hand over to debt collector.

all the debt collector told me that my account was send back to absa but when i phone absa they keep on transferring my call to all they credit,legal department without getting any help.

they keep on saying i don't have credit account with them or any record of having credit with them.

i know i used to have credit account with them.
