CRABSA!!!!
Sitting more than an Hour in a line, waiting for the one person at customer service. Upon inquiry about the shockingly slow service, we’re told, sorry, one on lunch, other on leave, don’t have relief staff! Shocking, especially with the new 2019 rates that ABSA is asking!!!!
