COVID19 Relief plan and rude customers

During the first week of Jule, I contacted ABSA for relief on my vehicle Finance as I have been impacted by Codid-19 and had to take a salary reduction for a period.

I was given instructions on how to submit my documents, I then completed the forms, attached all the necessary documentation, and proceeded to send the email on the 13th of July. I phoned in and they said they were busy reviewing the documents. I then phoned in today 21 July to get an update on this as I have not yet heard anything. The lady said that they gave me the incorrect email address. I politely asked them to review the documents and process the Relief plan application. The lady got very arrogant with me and said that I was too late and it is y problem. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she ended the call abruptly. How is this customer service?
