Covid19 payment relief

I app**** for covid relieve in March. I received an approval sms in April. No debit order was deduted in April. May 2 installments were deducred from my account. I'm contacting your llans department every month, but the problem is still not resolved. Every month they reversd tha money back into my account but dont resolve the problem. I receive R5000 today to pay soms of my bills, and ques what, the debit order was deducted. For heavens sake - are you really that incompetand to revolse my issue. My loan shows now I am in arrears with 2months installment. Seriously now. What was the point of applying for covid relieve? If I knew I would struggled like this I would not have app**** for it and just stoped paying. My credit record has now been negatively impacted.

I really hope that someone will look into this and resolve my problem, rectify my credit bureau and refund me for all my bank charges since April for this unpaid dsbif orders.
