COVID relief from ABSA negatively affecting credit score.

I app**** for ABSA covid relief in the beginning of April 2020, i was approved, yet I was deducted for the month of April. I contacted ABSA collection in this regard, and they refunded me the deductions for April. Implying my relief had already started for the month of April.

Fast forward to August 25th, at 15:00, I receive an SMS saying my accounts are in arrears (9 hrs before my debit is due to come off). The next morning my account is debited double my installment amount, for both my loans.

Coupled with this, i just checked my credit score, and it reflect i missed payments for these 3 months, resulting in me not being able to apply for credit! Shameful!
