COVID-19 RELIEF PUNISHMENT: MUST PAY ALL MONEY OWED IN ONE INSTALLMENT

I have just had terrible service from ABSA.

They gave me payment relief for Covid-19 and now my statement shows I must pay back nearly three times my normal installment in one iinstallment next month.

Is this a joke?

What is the use of giving relief if you are going to expect all the money back in one stallment?

Where is the relief given?

I have just started getting my normal income back and now you want to do this to me?

I do not have the nearly three months payment to give in one go.

No other place has treated me like this.

Their installments going forward after Covid-19 are more or less the same as my previous installment.

ABSA, fix this asap.
