Covid 19 relief granted but ABSA is accusing me of being in arrears.

In April I app**** for Covid 19 relief on both my personal loans via the sms I received from Absa. I received sms's saying this was approved.

At the end of April my debit order were still taken. I phoned absa, they confirmed covid relief was approved and reversed the debit orders.

At the end of May, my account was debited with two instalments for one of my loan accounts. I again phoned ABSA, who again reversed the debit order.

Today I received a phonecall from ABSA and was rudely accused of being in arrears and they asking why I am not paying. I am furious. I told the lady I am not behind, that Covid 19 relief was granted. She then rudely put the phone down in my ear.

Clearly ABSA has no idea of what is going on at the moment. This is obvious due to the large volume of complaints about the same issue on this site.
