Cover Addition

I bought a car in August 2017 through Absa vehicle finance. I was contacted by their various departments to sell different covers for me. I decided to sign up for dent and scratches cover. That is where my issue started. Firstly, I wasn't told that the cover will only be for two years. On Monday(28/06/2021) I got a shock of my life to discover that the cover has expired, however, the debit order is still going through. When I queried it, I was advised that Absa paid the third party on my behalf and they are now debiting me to recover their money. That is without any form of communication from Absa. What is frustrating me is that I'm the one who signed up for that cover as it was not part of Absa finance. Secondly, nobody advised me that anything that I am going to sign up for related to the car will be paid by Absa and debited from me for four years. And again, during the Covid-19 hard lockdown, I contacted them requested a payment break for 3 months. I also wasn't advised that they'll add 6 months for the interest so that I can decide on whether they can grant me a payment break or not. Where is the customer service in this? The service I am receiving from Absa is the worst. I don't think I ever buy another car through them or suggest Absa to my family, colleagues or my friends
