Courtcase coming for you

Once again Lindiwe Setati refused to pay a claim of mine

Lizanie takes PRIVATE music lessons and she graduated the junior section going over to advance now, i bought her an electric quitar, so today i send her the invoice and a confirmation/motivation letter from the person where she takes her classes, once again its a struggle, now she wants a confirmation letter from the school on a letterhead with the school sramp on it, I mean really, my child is in a academic school not a music school, she's exploring her God given talent for music and she's damn good at it, its because of this type of thing that i rather pay for things myself, she doesnt even pay for the guitar lessons, i do, i dont ask the trust to pay for her singing classes, I pay for it, I pay for the extra stationery and project material during the year. I havent claim from this trustfund for about 4 years but then things started to get too expensive as she grows older, in 2018 i sent her a quotation for a computer, for Lizanie, because they are doing a lot of assignments, once again she wanted a letter from the school, which i did get and then she only wanted to pay half of the quotation, i mean really!!!! I have never ckaimed for any dr of any kind what so ever, cos i cant get letters just to please her if my child is sick, she's sick. She sufferred from a desease called hands, mouth and feet, i paid all the costs, at the moment they are busy with tests to see if she's diabetic or if its her thyroid, who pays for it, me!!! She told me, i dont know how a trustfund works, well i've got news for her, I do, but it seems that she doesnt know what private means, even my child wants to know why does she want a letter from the school, if she gives me a reasonable allowance monthly it wont be necessary for me to claim certain things from the fund. At one point i asked her for statements of the fund up untill today nothing so it doesnt matter what i ask theres always something.

If my money is not in my bank account by tomorrow morning, i can promise you on wednesday morning i'm going sue her and ABSA, I already spoke to my lawyer. im not a difficult person but this is now getting to me, i dont thread anyone, its a promise, i'm going to take ABSA to the media and to court, if she works with people that abuses their trustfunds its her problem, i am not one of those people.

All i ever got from this woman is one hell of a attitude, I've had it, and next time she phones me and **** all over me i can assure you she'll come second best, cos I was told by her she doesnt appreciate the fact that i went to Hello Peter and last friday she was very rude to to my eldest daughter, since when are bank personnel allowed to treat clients like ****

I can give you the date and rime she phoned me!!!!!!
