******* and ********** bank

Since my last review I get email from absa life stating that the matter have been resolved, due to I received and enjoyed that benifts of the policy. Yet nothing of that sort. I ask them where or how dit I enjoyed the benefits, no reply, I ask to speak to a manager or there legal department no reply. I have ask to settle the vechile as I lost my job or pay out my police to me, yet no reply. They gave me 2 different reasons why they couldn't or can't pay out. So this is still a ********** bank that also falsely black list a person. When you inquire about the black list they can't even tell you what it's for who blacklist me and for and amount of R107 from where I had no business with absa. ********** bank!!!
